Luxury Escapes Launches Innovative Flights Integration
Luxury Escapes has launched flight integration, adding to its existing accommodation and tour packages and enabling customers to book a full holiday experience on the website.
The new feature gives customers the opportunity to seamlessly include flights from all major carriers to their luxury hotel package or tour, cutting the time and effort of searching for flights on other websites.
The revolutionary interface allows customers to view package pricing up to 330 days in advance, highlighting the lowest priced fares available.
The offering was developed after customer research conducted last year indicated multiple points of frustration when booking a holiday, including transparency on final price, easy comparison between costs and response time. The new flights integration aims to tackle each of these customer tension points to provide a market-leading booking experience.
“When we planned our approach for developing a flight booking product, we wanted to deliver something different. Rather than first fixing the date of a holiday, customers now have the opportunity to look at all dates at a glance, up to almost a year in advance. This provides them with more transparency on their price and an easy way to compare different dates while booking,” said Luxury Escapes CEO Cameron Holland.
Luxury Escapes anticipates this will not only deliver customers an incredible booking experience, but also benefit partners.
“Adding in flights is our next step in providing a more convenient, one-stop-shop experience making it easier than ever for customers to book a complete holiday. Our forecasting shows there to be a significant increase in the purchase of accommodation and touring offers now that flights can be bought in the same transaction. It’s important to note that Luxury Escapes doesn’t plan to change its market-leading strategy of providing heavily value-added accommodation and tour packages without flights, but rather complement this by giving customers even more options.
