The new offering includes in-destination day tours and local activities, food-and-wine experiences, spa packages, airport lounges and transfers, exclusive-to-LE experiences, bespoke experiences and more.
This new offering comes after research conducted among hotel guests showed that 60% said they would purchase add-ons during their stay.
Experiences will be rolled out to all customers over the coming weeks, but the soft launch has already shown strong engagement, with attachment rates as high as 20+% on certain experiences.
