Luxury Escapes has been Certified by Synxis for the functionality a property requires to distribute all public rates available in market to Luxury Escapes. This allows us to connect with more partners than ever and provide our customers with more choices, all over the world.
SiteMinder and TravelClick enhanced functionality
From November 2021, SiteMinder and TravelClick will offer enhanced functionality to support the overall partner and customer experience. New updates include: minimum length of stay, minimum lead days, CTA/CTD and rate-level inventory.
RateDock expanding connectivity partners
Luxury Escapes is on track to gain access to 40 additional connectivity platforms via our tech partner, RateDock, by the end of the year
Platforms will include Vertical Booking, Staah, Derbysoft, as well as Fastbooking (D-Edge) and Availpro (D-Edge).
Once commercials are agreed, hotels will simply follow the RateDock onboarding steps, complete the set-up of rates, and activate them.

Virtual credit card payments now available
Virtual credit card payments are now available for all properties connected via SiteMinder and Synxis, which will be sent direct to the PMS. For TravelClick, the VCCs are still sent via email to the partner for now. During August, 11% of Luxury Escapes’ payments were made via VCC and that number is growing every day
